Thank you to our ward residents for the opportunity to serve you. I am proud of what we achieved together over the past four years: FIVE major roads projects were approved and are in progress to improve South Edmonton roadway infrastructure:

✅ 41 Ave Widening is already underway: it was approved under Bylaw 21285 (Allard to west of QE 2), fully developer-funded to reduce congestion toward QE2 on 41 Ave SW.

✅ 41 Ave Reconstruction (Chappelle Way SW→ 170 Street). It was completed before September 2025, improving safety and drivability.

✅ Ellerslie Road Widening (Eco Station → Graydon Hill Blvd) in progress. The construction began in 2024, scheduled to be completed in 2026.

✅ Ellerslie & 103A Street T-intersection — Southbound Double Right Turn was completed with an adjusted traffic signal.

✅ Heritage Valley Trail to move this north–south connector forward to improve accessibility for newer developing communities in our ward. Bylaws 21285 was approved to enable developers to build the first two lanes (28 Ave SW→ Paterson Link) by 2026.

As a long-time resident in our ward, I will continue to hold our new Council accountable to push well-planned, practical, cost-effective roads infrastructure projects that reduce traffic congestion, improve safety, accessibility and respect your tax dollars. Together, we’re keeping South Edmonton moving forward.
