Two weeks later, today I continued to fight hard for the reduction of units in mid-block inside neighbourhoods under the RS (Small Scale Zone) zone from 8 to 4 units of infill development. I did not vote for a change from 8 to 6 units, because many of you spoke loudly that the maximum number of permitted dwellings in the RS zone on interior lots needs to be changed from 8 to 4 units.

On June 30, item# 3.32 on the Council Public Hearing agenda is an opportunity to share your thoughts in front of Council. Want to speak, please register on the city website: https://docs.google.com/.../1FAIpQLSfjK1JQOPRWVO.../viewform

Listening to you and making sure you’re heard is always my responsibility and priority. As usual, if you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me at Jennifer.Rice@edmonton.ca or 780-496-8132.
