Hello Allard and surrounding communities in south Edmonton,
The Allard Street Lab engagement is complete! It will bring some much needed improvements to the safety and wellbeing of the neighbourhood.
The city will use residents’ input to address a number of traffic related concerns including:
Allard Boulevard - speeding, poor crosswalk safety
Allard Road - shortcutting
Allard Boulevard at Allard Road - drivers not coming to a full stop
Allard Link - poor crosswalk safety, speeding
Adamson Drive - speeding, visibility concerns
The pace of each Street Lab will vary and depend on the needs of each project, but we will continue to provide updates to you as the project progresses. More information on this project can be found at engaged.edmonton.ca/allardstreetlab.
The next update for the Allard Street Lab will be when installation is scheduled. Which can be expected for Spring 2024.
