Great News - two new schools in ward Ipiihkoohkanipiaohtsi!
1. New K-9 school (Catholic) received Full/construction funding in Cavanagh
2. New K-9 school (Catholic) received Full/construction funding in Hays Ridge
Our ward has a fast-growing population, and many families who spoke with me are concerned about the lack of sufficient schools in these newly developed communities. The Government of Alberta announced this exciting news in its 2024 Budget. In addition, adjacent to our ward, one new 7-12 school in Glenriding Heights received Full/Construction funding.
