Smith Crossing Pedestrian Bridge Opening

This beautiful fall morning at 10 a.m., I joined the city's project team to announce the official opening of the new Smith Crossing Pedestrian Bridge, which was constructed to ensure a safe crossing over Whitemud Creek and provide easy access to Edmontonians to connect with nature without having to leave the city. This new bridge replaces the historical bridge that was built in 1914.
