Proposed Rezoning for the Chappelle Gardens

I would like to let you know about a proposed rezoning application for the Chapelle Gardens neighbourhood.

The area is currently zoned for agricultural use but the proposed zoning application is for Residential Small Lot, Low Rise Apartment, Public Parks, Metropolitan Recreation, and Public Utility.
