On-Demand Transit Update

Hello Ward Ipiihkoohkanipiaohtsi,
I want to thank you for bringing forward your concerns regarding On-Demand Transit. I have brought your voices to the attention of ETS to help move in a direction that will improve the service for everyone.
At the Executive Committee Meeting, I asked two questions related to On-Demand Transit:
1. Does ETS have a plan to improve On-Demand Services?
2. What is the best way to improve on-demand services' current waiting times?
ETS confirmed that there is a plan to improve service delivery and there will be more information provided at a later date.
I will continue to advocate on your behalf to bring changes forward.
