With the ‘Here to Help’ campaign, our Transit Peace Officers (TPOs) increased their proactive patrols by 95%, which led to a 33% drop in high-priority incidents at key transit hubs and a 25% reduction across the network. These results mean a safer, more welcoming transit experience for all riders.
