Hays Ridge Rezoning Approval

The rezoning of areas along 215 Hays Ridge Boulevard SW and 3115 Hays Ridge Drive SW will allow for the transition from agricultural and future urban development zones to residential and park zones. Some possible facilities include small to medium-scale residential housing, park and school sites with a newly funded K-9 Edmonton Catholic School Site, and facilities that provide public benefit.

Several other developments include the installation of marked crosswalks, payment towards the construction of arterial roadways in the catchment area, installation of traffic signals, and commitment towards the widening of Ellerslie Road to four lanes.
