Donald R. Getty School Safety Update

Community Safety is one of my focuses, particularly our children's safety near to school areas.

I have heard over and over about the community traffic safety concerns in our Chappelle area. Listening to my constituents and working with the city operation team, and now I am happy to share with you that our city will install eight traffic safety measures near to Donald R. Getty School.

Residents can expect to see 8 adaptable curb extensions being added: Four will be installed on Chappelle Green and four on Chappelle Way. Installation is expected to start in mid-August and complete before the start of the school year, weather and resource permitting.
