Donald Getty School Parking Ban

Good afternoon Chappelle,
As your councillor, ensuring community safety is one of the key focuses I work toward.
To address the traffic flow and safety concerns I heard from our Chappelle neighbourhood, the city is making an operational improvement by installing a No Stopping Zone on the south side of Chappelle Drive. The No Stopping Zone will be installed for the Donald Getty School year starting in September 2023.
The No Stopping Zone will be in effect from 07:30 to 16:00 School Days. This restriction means that vehicles cannot park or stop in this zone on school days between the hours of 7:30 to 16:00 on any school day. You will be able to park a vehicle after 16:00 until 07:30 the next day on school days and have unrestricted parking from 16:00 on Fridays until 07:30 Monday.
