Blue Quill Surplus School Site Rezoning

Important update for Blue Quill Neighbourhood:

The Blue Quill Surplus School Site at 2710 112 Street NW is a former school site surplused in 2009 by the Edmonton Public School Board and has been designated for affordable housing since 2015. The City of Edmonton is preparing the land for future affordable housing on the same land footprint as the former school site. This spring, the City’s Team applied to rezone the site to Medium Scale Residential Zone (RMh23).
