Blue Quill Surplus School Site Feedback

In earlier June, the City of Edmonton invited residents’ input on the rezoning of the Blue Quill Surplus School Site. The City seeks your feedback on an application to rezone the Blue Quill Surplus School site located at 2710 and 2810 - 112 Street NW.
The rezoning will change the zone to the Medium Scale Residential Zone (RM h23) to allow for the development of multi-unit housing in the form of row and/or apartment housing. The new zone allows for a building with a maximum height of 23 meters (about six stories) and a minimum density of 75 units per net residential hectare).
