Approved Rezonings at 138 St and 102 Ave

On May 27, the city council approved rezoning 9820-138 Street SW and 14310-102 Ave SW under Charter Bylaw 20816. This would allow for the development of light #industrial and small #commercial #business, along with sewer and stormwater facilities.

There are also several mobility benefits, including the construction of the first two lanes of 145 Street SW and a local roadway network. Potential future corridors for public transit along 102 Avenue SW and 145 Street SW near the site and a Mass Transit corridor in the future located near 138 Street SW.
