Women’s Advocacy Voice of Edmonton Event

It was such a privilege of mine to spend my Tuesday night surrounded by a diverse & wonderful group of women. I attended the Women’s Advocacy Voice of Edmonton (WAVE) #equalityyeg meeting and I left feeling excited about seeing what this group will accomplish together. WAVE’s mission is through advocacy, research, and community building to promote values of love, care, and dignity, respect diversity and uniqueness, and removes barriers. This group is going to improve the lives of Edmontonian women and I’m humbled to be the Council Advisor who gets to work alongside them.
