Canadian Home Builders' Association Event

Today, I was pleased to announce great news for Edmonton: our city is ranked #1 in the Canadian Home Builders' Association @chbanational 2022 Municipal Benchmarking Study.

Edmonton has some of the lowest housing prices and rental costs of any Canadian urban centre. Here, a smaller share of income is spent on homeownership costs - 31 percent compared to the Canadian average of 63 percent.
